Google Blogger service has put to unavailable to roll back maintenance release started from last night. As stated in Blogger status on Thursday, May 12, 2011 12:35 PDT, Blogger will be in read-only mode while they resolve some maintenance issues. According to post on Blogger help forum, the Blogger team mentioned that service had rolled back to maintenance release from last night and caused posts and comments from all users made after 7:37 am PDT on May 11, 2011 have been removed and they are now work hard to restore back posts and comments.
Although Blogger Team has reply on Blogger Twitter account and status blog regarding The team is working on this but not yet explained what incident actually happened and what effect to content.
Blogger had started implement major redesign during April as mentioned in SXSW kick off. The Blogger Team tweet that Blogger Service unavailable was caused by scheduled maintenance release and not related to rolling out new Blogger user interface.
