BRAISE THE LORD, Sentosa, Singapore


BraiseBraise is an intimate prelude to a quiet night or a first date. Definitely not a restaurant to patronise after a grotty day at the beach. It serves modern French cuisine and houses a substantial cellar of Old and New World wines. Restaurant manager and sommelier, Andy Kiu, is also usually on hand to assist patrons with food pairing. With the beach lit up at night and a private buggy to transport diners from the beach carpark, it’s one of the classier spots to dine at Sentosa.

Restaurant opens Mon to Sat, noon to 3 pm, Mon to Sun, 6pm to 10.30pm. Brunch on Sun, 11am to 4pm. Bar opens Mon to Sat, 6pm to midnight.
