When three people you know come down with sore throats one after another, you start to think you might be next. So I grabbed these tins of Dr Stuart’s Candies when I spotted them. And you know what? They really are extraordinarily Good, as the packaging says.
In fact, I think the candies are better than the herbal teas from this British brand. Although they are not marketed as lozenges, the candies come in throat-soothing flavours.
The Chamomile & Manuka Honey flavoured candies have a floral sort of sweetness, the Echinacea & Cherry ones are perks and fruity, and the Peppermint & Eucalyptus ones pack a punch.
