
Crispy fried noodles are sold packaged (commonly a 100g packet) already deep-fried and readyto eat. They’ re sometimes labelled crunchy noodles and are available in two widths-thin and spaghetti-like, or wide and flat, like fettuccine.
Ingredients
~ 4 chicken breast fillets (680g)
~ 500g baby bok choy, shredded coarsely
~ 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
~ 50g fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced thinly
~ 1/4 cup firmly packed fresh coriander leaves
~ 1 cup (80g) bean sprouts
~ 3 green onions, sliced thinly
~ 100g crispy fried noodles
soy dressing
~ 1/3 cup (80ml) light soy source
~ 1 teaspoon sesame oil
~ 2 tablespoons dry sherry
